After some very long and difficult speedruns, completing this mission in only two and a half minutes with no problems felt really satisfying.
To do this, you have to kill Noburu in a very interesting way...

Three or four for me, I think. It took me a long time to find out that the courtyard at 0:57 is the actual "start" of the mission - as far as I know it's the first place you can kill guards without anyone seeing you.
And I spend 6 hours lol
After watching this, all other speedrun become WALKTHROUGHs lol

If I were to describe your Shadow Tactics technique, I would certainly have to include the word magnificent.
This was amazing. Both your performance and the game having this lousy shooter and ending. Noboru mocks everybody who kills him in the climbing the castle way. If you kill him like that, without having raised the alarm, he doesn't say anything. For him to have noticed it was the assassin's work and to praise it is amazing story telling.
Just a quick reminder. That lousy shooter is actually one of the game developers.
if anybody cares to do this without alerts, at 1:25 right after entering the door behind the 2 guards you can actually get in range to throw the sneezing power at the opposite guard. you have to time it perfectly but if you do he will not see you

I was streesing out over the "don't kill anyone" bit and searched for speedruns. I came across this. Finished in 4 minutes, getting all the "no kills" and "finish in under 30 minutes". THANK YOU!!
I'm guessing that Itto Mogami Waguna was later punished for killing his leader...

Yo that bastards is the only reason for my whole frustration. First i chose the well A i got all the three in except Takuma san because he can't climb or do shit so i again spended an hour to take him to the well B now after making all four of them upto there i can't enter. That asshole gave me a huge faceplam as you can use the keyfor only one. Now from the start somehow i manged to take him to A again by killing lot of enemies. Bro this game is pain in the ass in the most beautiful way it can.
how do you find this method?? meanwhile I struggle to finish it in 6 hours.. I take my time and enjoy killing almost all enemy though

Now i know why the badges for this missions are so insane. With this run it would complete most of the toughest one pretty easily (speed run, no kill etc)

Dude what the hell !. It took me 2 and half hours to finish this. I even messed up more by trying to enter both Wells. Then i figured out that you can open only one with that key after taking that shit Takuma san to the other well since i thought it will be so hard to take him in through A. Watching this is a pleasure and pain in the ass at the same time.
I spent 2 hours on this one with taking all 4 characters inside the base and now I look at this and wonder how the hell I don't utilize her ability to hinder enemy sights more often...

For the final mission, I didn't get "Finish the final Mission". Don't know why

So I heard that this is a scripted event. Does this mean that it is impossible to do No Kill on the standard route (through the well and climb the castle)?
Without using this method, I believe it's impossible to get the badge 'Don't kill anyone' on this mission. I'm serious. Try getting Takuma past the initial section without killing anyone, it's just not possible and I haven't seen any video of someone doing it.
As for the speedrun shown in this video, I would have NEVER figured this out myself. Someone said it's an achievement to kill Lord Noburo this way; maybe on PC, but not on XBOX One. As I play this game on XBOX One all I can say is thank god for this video otherwise I would have never acquired all badges.

If that solution also would work with Hayatos stone. Nevertheless with the same method I made it into the garden, stealing the keys with Yuki easy breezy with no kill.
