👉 🇨🇩 DRC will have to Co-operate with ALL African Soldiers sent to DR CONGO.
The Government wants them to Fight M23 but their Mandate is to "Keep PEACE" unless attacked".
Believe me they would like to ENGAGE M23 but they will fight only when ATTACKED.👈

The thing is that we don't usually do trade with Congo and they don't trust any of their neighbours it will be very hard and we can't deploy full military scale like Somalia

Soldiers from north south east and west,,what interest is there in DRC?? pressure from EAC as well as SADC,. anyway beyond security there is something else,, your guess is as good as mine 👍

There is nothing to guess what you need is information. DRC is a member of EAC, which automatically qualifies it to get help from EACRF if they want. DRC asked for help and they responded. It is the same way EU has NATO. This should not be so hard to understand.
