Welcome to Week Two of our weekly series! Thank you immensely to everyone for your unwavering love and support - it truly means the world to me and keeps me incredibly motivated!
A massive shoutout to Charlie for generously inviting us to his home gym, BFT Manukau. Let me tell you, it's a truly special place! While I've always appreciated the BFT workout structure, the energy at BFT Manukau is on another level. Now, having had the opportunity to experience BFT sessions across Australia and New Zealand, I can confidently say that the vibe there is unmatched.

I absolutely love the structure of this workout routine! It's intense and keeps you on your toes. Here's a breakdown of what you'll be tackling during each session:
You'll be powering through 12 different exercises, with the following timing for each:
10 seconds ON,
10 seconds OFF,
20 seconds ON,
10 seconds OFF,
25 seconds ON,
10 seconds OFF,
30 seconds ON.

Jonny, you got this uso! Im on my journey too and I know what it's like to have to start again. Bft is best way to jump back in. I started at 113kg down to 104 kg. Goal is to get back in the 90s gang. You'll get back in shape in no time. Gym, eat less, drink water when you grt hungry and watch the gains come 💪🏾 lessshgoo
