Nahvalar was my first fountain pen. I bought the Sky Above from the Key West series. Then purchased Sand Below at the beginning of this year. It's a favorite and I use them both every day. I'm glad to meet you and hope to purchase others.
Great Episode! Samuel is just so inspiring and his journey creating this brand is fascinating! I own many of their pens and they don’t disappoint 🎉 Love seeing you and Clare 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I adore Clare so much! Meeting her in person at Chicago Pen Show was really spectacular and special 🥰 I wish you all a wonderful day!
Thank you Kari for the wonderful comment. I loved this interview with Samuel and being Joost’s cohost. It was wonderful spending time with you in Chicago. Can’t wait for DC.
I saw the beautiful Mariana Trench Nautilus a few years ago and just knew I needed that pen. Finally, last year I was able to get one=D It came with a fine nib and I didn't care for it. However, I just got a medium nib and now it's my favorite pen. Great company!!
I'm very new to this hobby (only one two pens) and am trying to decide what to purchase for my first Vac pen. The nahvalur original plus looks great, and have moved them up on my list, especially after hearing from the founder
I enjoyed this episode a lot. I bought the Schuylkill at the Philadelphia Pen Show the year it was introduced. Lovely pen. From there i bought the Nautilus with the ebonite body, the first release, and finally the Original+. I appreciate their originality and dedication to producing high quality pens. Originally their nibs were not that good but over the years they have modified these nibs and now are well tuned. I have to look at Ikaku models. Thank you Samuel.
