      I don't think there's anything to read into at all. Endless lists or artists have lines saying "shit changed since I met (whoever)". If we shrug our shoulders and look the other way it tells CeeLo and others that this behavior is okay, go ahead, keep doing it, we don't care. This is the problem with the industry, and it needs to change. Men believing they can say and do whatever they want to whomever they want whenever they want. It's okay because I'm ME! All the ego, none of the accountability. CeeLo, Diddy, R Kelly...a system that creates and props up criminals. Sick.

    • @MariselaR.da1daOnly
      @MariselaR.da1daOnly 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      The problem is deeper than that. Part of the problem also stems from lack of accountability on both sides. We need to stop normalizing hyper sexuality and and viewing it as "womens empowerment!" Many people do. They then seek out these stars, want to be at their party's, and want to take these drugs. The one point made that shows me his innocence is that you don't pass out on ecstacy. It has the opposite effect! Some women are willing and able at the moment but the next day they are embarrassed or ashamed at themselves for their own decisions! They then weaponize the "me too" movement to play victim. People are capable of telling lies. No one wants to admit to that though.

      @@MariselaR.da1daOnly We do need to have that discussion about what is being interpreted in our society today as female empowerment and feminism. I do not subscribe to the theory that wearing a string bikini and donning high heeled shoes while singing "I am woman hear me roar" makes one a feminist or doing the booty shake in a dress three sizes too small while on the floor crawling around making obscene gestures with their tongue the embodiment of female empowerment. However, when a man feels that because he is wealthy, famous, and wants what he wants, he can put substances in a woman's drink without her permission, take advantage of her, and not receive any legal consequences, that is when a statement by our judicial power needs to be made clear that no one is above the law. No one. Yes, I too have had concerns about those who decide to abuse the #MeToo movement for their own personal gain or to exact revenge on someone. All I can do on my part is put my trust that our legal system will prevail for those who are defending themselves against false accusations. I'm going to leave that there as I don't want to type a novel.

    So, there's a lot of vitriol in the comments, so let's define a few things. Consent is important, and it can be taken away at ANY time for ANY reason. If consent is retracted during sex and you keep going, that is rape. End of story. If you drug someone and then have sex with them, that is rape because consent cannot be given when intoxicated. All of these rules go for any gender.

      I feel like this is a troll comment. The one above me. But I would actually like to chime in
      Honestly it depends.
      If you consented. And we're not forced into it . Not really. But if you were pressured or had to be coerced into it. I'd consider that (sa.)
      I suppose it really depends on what happened prior. And the situation. (And I'm not even sure I'm the one who should bensaying this.)
      If anyone has anything I got wrong feel free to respond. But I really feel like it depends.
      (Comment above me read. Can regret be be defined as grape.) Just in case it's deleted

    I have a story that made this video have even more weight for me. I had a boss at a game company I used to work for have his GF have creepy encounter with Cee Lo. It was after a goodie mob concert. My old bosses GF got invited with a few other girls back stage to meet Cee Lo and the rest of the goodie mob. Basically the rest of goodie mob was cool except when it came to Cee Lo. He met the girls with his peepee out and asking if any of the girls wanted to touch it. They basically had to run from homie. I was shook when I heard this story.
