This is a recipe for universal fried pies. I make a very airy dough that is pleasant to work with. This dough is easy to prepare, so anyone can make this recipe. Cook with pleasure!
🥣🥣🥣 Ingredients:
Dough.
1 potato.
Drain 200 ml potato stock /6.8 fl.oz.
1 egg.
1 tablespoon sugar.
12 grams dry yeast /0.4 oz.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
600 grams flour /21.2 oz.
meat filling.
300 grams ground beef / 10 oz.
1 onion.
Sun-dried tomatoes.
2 cloves of garlic.
Black pepper.
Olive oil.
