You might not be rich in materialistic goods but you are rich in life and I wish I was you…the grass is always greener, only wisdom and experience will teach you what is important to you but in the end you will realise that this life has made you wealthier than all of us put together. You live in an amazing landscape…I wish I could walk it everyday
I went to a farm in Wales about 20 years ago to buy a border collie and came home with two. I wish the farmer would have warned me how hard it was, they were constant barkers, we built a huge enclosure for them after they ate most of the house, I didnt realise how much excercise they needed and having 2 small kids it was impossible, the neighbours constantly complained 😢 We tries everything inc a dog behaviour therapist, she didn't meet the dogs but told me they likely had phsycological problems due to being in a family home and they needed huge spaces and several walks daily but she couldn't guarantee they would calm down and quit barking. I tried everything but sadly had to rehome them, i regret buying 2 now cos i know id have managed just one but how could i take 1 and leave the other. Lesson learned sadly. I am fascinated how clever they are and we sponsor one at dogs trust and he is amazing xxxx
