I am amazed at how wonderful you decorate! Your cookies are always a work of art! I'm a home baker and am debating doing some cookie work once I get more experience. I didn't start baking until I had my two boys. I know some of your cookies take a good deal of time. I've seen people take more than a few hours on them. So question:
#1) How do you store the finished cookies to keep them fresh when baking a ton of cookies?
#2) Do you prefer any type of cookie cutters? I hear get metal because they won't melt or bow. And others say don't buy metal because they bend easily. And lastly I have seen nylon ones that are supposed to be super strong, they won't bend or warp. They are good up to 400+degrees. But are they sharp enough? They appear to be kind of chunky. Maybe I'm wrong. I bought a few hundred dollars worth this season. They are ones that really stood out and seem well made. I haven't seen 1 video on this topic. I was told Alton Brown (Food Network) said in his book, on kitchen gadgets, that he prefers plastic due to the bending issue.
Barbara Vance Thank you Barbara! I don’t bake a ton of cookies... If I need to safe 5-10 dozen I just freeze them. I prefer metal cookie cutter because it will give me a sharp precise cut.

These are beautiful! Your work is gorgeous! So thrilled I found your channel. I have to ask what kind of piping bag is that? I only do cookies for xmas, so I use the wilton disposable bags and I can NOT cut the tip off and get a good line from it. It comes out like a flat square line, so I always have to use a 1 tip. The bags hold too much memory so no matter how you cut it, it stays flat. I would love to be able to pipe very small details like that.

Hi Nadia, this is a silly question but when you are squeezing the icing onto the cookie, I noticed that your hand shakes a lot and it looks like the icing is very thick. It looks like it is actually hurting your hand. This is when you are filling in the centers. Just curious! Also, I have always wondered why whenfilling in large areas of a Cookie, why you don’t use a spoon to put the icing on them spread it out that way? It has worked for me and saves the stress on my hands for those areas. Please note: I am a true beginner so I am not criticizing your Beautiful Work. Every Time I see your art, I am so amazed, I can’t believe that it is a Cookie. Maybe you should send some of them to the Smithsonian Museum in Wa. DC and see if the specialists can see if it is truly a Cookie or a Magnificent Work Of Art!

Jill Pritchard Thank you Jill! Yes, my hand shakes sometime, but usually I do these moves on purpose...it looks like shakes especially when the speed of my video is faster. I use the spatula as well but prefer my disposable bags. 😊
