I love how Forward and Magician's deduction stories are just everyone sussing each other out,only for us later to discover that they're just poor at communicating and barely did anything bad at all(still not sure with Naib and Kurt though,even though I love them to death).

In forwards diary, we see william listening on a conversation servais has with naib about “getting rid of the uncivilised one”. Forward assumed servais was talking about him. Later in forwards diary he goes to eat the boar leg, something naib grabbed for him. He also suggested to william to drink the wine (which servais had put rat poisoning in, to use to kill the rats throughout the manor) we dont know naibs perspective through all this, so we cant say for certain, but when we only had forwards perspective who had suspicion on servais and naib and then his death, it was assumed it was some kind of transaction from servais to kill forward. (Considering mercs profession as well). Since we dont know Naibs intentions yet as we dont have his diary (and its a bit weird how he just offered a random glass of wine sat on the counter that could have been anyones to forward) we cant assume he was/wasnt without his own motives. Now that this diary revealed the full conversation with naib and servais, and also their relationship, as well as how the wine ended up poisoned, it clears suspicion off servais. Likely naib too, but we cant be certain since he may have tried to do something with the wine or boarleg when william was away. I think that mercenary killed murro for this: In the circus where Mike worked there was a disaster in which Murro, the dancer and Mike survived. Mike looked for who did it, and it may be that he sent the mercenary who will kill Murro , for believing that he was the one who did it
