Installation and operation of the VOLspeed for Smart System (P/N1318) in a Cube Stereo Hybrid, model year 2022, with LED remote and Kiox 300 display.
The tuning is also suitable for bikes with Purion 200, Kiox 500, Intuvia 100 or the system controller.
It is not suitable for bikes with a rim magnet or Bosch ABS system.

When will a chip for rim magnets be available?
We are working on a solution but cannot yet estimate if and when a product will be launched.
I have a cube hybrid reaction 625 pro 2024 model will this be compatible with it ? I’m hearing that the motor may get blocked out if I do it is there any truth in this
A new version V2 of the chip (P/N 1350) has been available for some time. This is also compatible with the latest software 12.13.0 and should therefore also be compatible with your bike. Information on the software versions tested by us can be found under the following link:

Please note that, as stated in the article description, this tuning is not compatible with bikes with rim magnet or ABS.
It is correct that the motor is locked for 90 minutes if it detects tampering. So far, however, our experience in this regard has been very good. Less than 0.1% of our customers have reported a tampering error so far. It should also be noted that other causes such as a defective speed sensor or an incorrectly installed magnet or sensor can also cause a tampering error.
Thinking getting one of these. The distance isn't accurate is that on the flow app too? And does the flow app still work. Lock and unlock bike and change modes

A new version V2 of the chip (P/N 1350) has been available for some time. This is also compatible with the latest software 12.13.0. Information on the software versions tested by us can be found under the following link:

The values are also displayed incorrectly in the Flow app when the chip is activated. However, the app still works with the chip installed, but we advise against using the app when the chip is activated. This is because the GPS data from the smartphone does not match the values measured by the motor. This is currently not a problem, but could be used to detect tampering in future app versions. In addition, you should no longer install updates on the bike if it is derestricted. This could cause the tuning to lose its function.

What about if you don't have the display? Do you enter -+-+ then > to increase the speed?
Operation is identical without the display:
To activate tuning, press - + - +
If you want to increase the limit, e.g. by 5 km/h, press - + - + + + + + +

I plan to buy a tunning chip for my new cargo e-bike. I bought a Cube Longtail Hybrid Sport (Kiox 300 and Bosch Cargo Line). Which tunning module I should get? VOLspeed Bosch Smart System V2 P/N 350?

I've removed the battery cover but my terminals and my terminals are round like yours but the terminals on the tuning chip are rectangular. The chip says for bosch active / performance v4? Is this the correct chip?
Our tuning chips for the Bosch Smart System (BES 3) have the part number 1318 (V1) or 1350 (V2).
The VOLspeed tuning module for Bosch Active / Performance with item number 1233 (V4) is unfortunately not suitable for the Smart System, but only for the old Bosch BES2 system.

@volspeedebiketuning4391 Thank you, I don't have a rim magnet but I have a little magnet in the spokes and a sensor on the frame. If you provide an email address I can send you pictures. The display is the Kiox 300 version 12.9.0. The control unit is the LED remote version 12.10.0. Would the v2 still work as the v1 is no longer available on your website?

We have some customers who use the module together with a Connect module. It depends very much on the actual bike whether the space is sufficient. All bike manufacturers use their own covers. Therefore, the available space varies greatly.
finally got around to having a look inside mine, it actually has five plugs all with wires going into them. can you elaborate on what I need to do or purchase?
If 5 connectors are connected, then the bike is probably equipped with permanently installed lighting -> display, speed sensor, battery, front light, rear light. The tuning will of course still work.

Since 3.5.2024 there is a new tuning, the VOLspeed for the Smart System V2 (P/N 1350).
Information on the new tuning module can be found under the following link:

This module has the same functionality as its predecessor, but is compatible with the latest Bosch software.

So when I install mine it says I need to do the minus plus minus plus code to activate it, but whatever I do nothing happens.

@PEPQC they helpen me quite good actually, they made me look up my motor number and turns out I just ordered the wrong version. Quite quick replies from them aswell in the Netherlands, can't talk on other countries though but for me it was quick and helpful!

if you just have the LED remote how do you know when it activated? deactivated?
When the bike is switched on, tuning is initially always deactivated. If you then enter the sequence - + - + it is activated. You do not necessarily need a display for this.
You can also change the limit without a display. For example, to increase it by 5kph, simply press - + - + + + + + + +.

Tengo la Cube stereo hybrid del 2023 con la ultima actualizacion del Flow App, tiene motor bosch smart sistem, nose si me podrá dar algún error si lo monto? Que chip y versión deberia poner para que sea el minimo probable que dé error?
I have the latest Bosch firmware on my Performance Line CX smart system: 9.13.0, volspeed is fine on it , however once you have fitted the volspeed chip never update the bike again or it will detect the volspeed

Okay, but I can use the flow app while I use the unlock module safety if I can't update the firmware? And if I can't, when the module off, I can use the app? Thanks bro!
What happens if you had already updated the firmware is there anything that can still be done to fix it
