the circles you can take like 20cm diameter (pink and green). the flower thing take around 24 or 26cm diameter cicle and draw an inner circle of 20cm diameter in it (yellow).using a protractor mark 360/10 = 36 degree each on the 20cm dimeter cicle (yellow).now you can just draw curves joining the dots in the shape of petals. i hope this helps
