I don't think women will be unhappy with this video, cos Jessica is actually helping women by helping men who're genuinely desirous of a qualitative relationship understand women, so they can relate with women better. Don't get me wrong, women too need to take time to understand men so they can relate with men better - 'tis a 2 way street!!

@@olaoluwaokewole1615 I love your contributions, though, but do you know the kind of women who wouldn't like things like this?
Those ladies who toy with the hearts of responsible men want to be the better version of themselves. Think about it. That was why I used the word "SOME" and "MAY"... not all of them😊. Remember there will always be haters regardless. And It's not all about this video but the videos she's put together so far. This is the reason I'd always love JESSY for who she is... Thanks for the efforts you put to make us better beings❤.

These insecurities are insightful. However, it’s hard for a man to invest in a woman or even bother caring when it seems like (as a man) your really of no importance in her life. The wife of a highly successful man may play a secondary role in his life but she more than likely gets treated like a princess. Never heard of a highly successful woman treating her husband like a prince rather than a house slave who’s lucky to have her attention. I’m all for women having the freedom to pursue whatever avenues of life they wish to, however these same women are expecting men to fit into roles they’re simply not meant for, even at a biological level. In the past, Men served queens not out of love, but out of forced servitude. It was servitude or death, you take the better of 2 opinions to survive. There is a pretty big difference between social stigma and literal slavery/ forced relationships.

Great tips! No matter how much you might like someone - it’s not going to work out in the long run, if they’re not the right type of people for you!
If you want a happy life - consider someone that fits your personality, that matches well with you, and that is supportive of what you want to do - and actually wants to be part of it!
    Anyway, that’s my two cents.

Well, some of the insecurities need not be an issue. On body weight/image, I have always taken the position that men should go for women who have the bodies they desire. It's most unfair for a guy who loves slim women to start dating a plus size woman and then start berating her to lose weight. There's a body type for every man's taste; don't go for what you don't like and then destroy the woman's self-esteem with negative comments all the time. As far as career success is concerned, it's more of men's insecurities rather than the woman's. Indeed, many men are quite threatened by a woman's success but there are a few men who are attracted to that kinda woman and would never mind supporting the woman to achieve as much as she wants. Personally I have no time for a woman with zero ambition or achievements, that's a real deal-breaker for me. Just find the right person for you.

Very quickly just want to chip in on the issue of Ambition and Independence.
Personally i like ladies who are ambitious. But i think you should address ambition and relationship as two parallel line that dont meet cos it is one thing to be ambitious and another thing to stay faithful in a relationship without each conflicting the other. Pursuing a career takes time, on the other hand creating a family is equally time consuming
So i dont think the society is really biased on the fact that some ladies loose their job on maternity ground
Cos reality is, either of them takes time and dealing with both at the same time will affect effeciency.

It's oddly in reverse his wife is around 6 or 7yrs older than him. Back when they was dating folks used to clown him & call him her lil brother. Yet now they still married with 3 kids oldest is I think 7 or 8 yrs old & youngest 4 or 5 yrs old.

Self realisation, many missed that point..A lot would be solved in life the day people, especially Africans wake up to self rather than a saviour somewhere, different and outside mentality.Africans religious believe of a lord and saviour somewhere and different from self created a judgemental mindset in most Africans,it's like becoming the house help instead of the lord and master in your own house(body) A self realised person changes self and self alone not others, appreciate others just as he/she would like to be appreciated. @joelmutagwaba255 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Great video as always. But if I may ask about ambitious women, is it really a stereotype, or is it a norm? Because I think, if you look at the flip side, what about a man who wants to be nurturing and stay at home while their wives work? I believe in the same vein that men are by norm expected to be providers, women are nurturers. And for good reason, these are tradeoffs that we all make, that we should more shrewd and calculative in the choices we make.
It's a real insecurity, but it's not something to roll over of.

  • @mc6091
    @mc6091 2 ปีที่แล้ว

This is quite revealing. Jessica actually buys into the gender stereotypes and pushes them. Women need to take responsibility for themselves and be accountable for their choices. Men will not accept blame for a woman's struggles or insecurities. And when women are insecure and ashamed of their choices and situation, they need to own it, not accuse society of shaming them

We are born to be multitasking... stop listening to society's biases about us. Men play a big role in providing and also in helping the world multiply in numbers... but without women's ability to nurturing, validating, contributing, cheerleading, and managing alongside men... Women shame one another way more then men will ever at least here where I'm from and personally I love this channel but don't need the advice but I do love the effort and the wisdom that you have. However I am a man here from Texas and women here are different they indulge in the disrespect and body shaming to the extreme so I don't act like they are victims. I act accordingly and treat people accordingly.

When I got pregnant I had to make the choice to leave school to take a break to be a mom husband didn’t have to sacrifice anything once my child was born I was the only care giver for my child yet we lived in the same home constantly cheated on me when I took care of home I lost myself as a women trying to please a man who really didn’t care about me or my child so I made the decision after wasting years to walk away for my sanity I wasn’t appreciated at all in that relationship

The ambitious part I don't agree with u as most women date up she doesn't have to hide her success just because she is well of financially, but Men date down or in between. Problems starts when they think they have options to date the few well off

If you are a man in shape, good job, nice car, home, emotionally available and a decent family background, do not let a women project her insecurities on to you and bring you down. I have had this many many times. Ladies: men love mum bods. I most certainly do. Big boobs, a fupa, stretch marks etc… it’s natural and I embrace it. Men embrace this!!!!!

I think lot’s of this is victim mentality, both have struggles, and the moment someone takes more than they give it will be troubles

Don't hurt her not even with words, be on her side always, even against your mom, don't be a mama's boy, don't allow anyone to talk down on her, not even your buddies, don't do it yourself to her, don't demean her, reassure her and support her instead, be honest with her, that protects her from pain through lies that come out, if you are completely honest that will make her trust you more, don't cheat, don't watch porn or other things that are meant to turn men on, save her from feeling heartbroken, betrayed and not good enough, be consistent and reliable to make her feel safe and secure, don't love her in one minute and hate her the next, be patient, be open, be supportive, listen to her needs, communicate..become her partner, don't treat her like an opponent or enemy. Interesting thing, the bible gives an interesting answer too in Genesis Chapter 2 Verse 25: "That is why a man will leave his father and his mother and he will stick to his wife and they will become one flesh." The important part is to stick to her and to prioritize her, if you want to become one with her and make it last. Better wait until you found someone you really want to marry, don't use women for your selfish needs and wants and then throw them away like garbage.

@@sandy2807 Thank you. All these points have sunk in. I really made some mistakes i can correct. One being that I always made her feel like she wasn’t enough. But I know deep down that she is.
      I’ll do much better. I appreciate this🙏

@Jesse Wright I am sure you can do it. You are already a good one for trying to become a better version of yourself and for caring about how to protect your woman from emotional pain as well as from physical pain. That is rare and i appreciate that in men/people cos there are too many out there not giving af about how they hurt others as long as it serves their wants and needs. I wish you all the best for your life/relationship. 🙂👍
