If you're ever in the Toronto or gta area and you happen to see an IC school bus driver with Sharp it's me waving. I keep my eyes peeled if I ever see your truck.
it's a beautiful sight. with the sun low in the sky, the 3 moffetts leave their nest foraging for loads. once found, the moffetts move their load to a different spot. no one quite knows the reason for this behaviour.
Oh crap, will have to hold viewing for five days. Flying out of Vancouver to Hamilton at seven in the morning. Definitely a thumbs up ahead of viewing time for sure.
Hey it was nice meeting you on Friday thanks for taking time to chat for sec hopefully I see you again have to chat more hope your thanksgiving weekend was good
From the looks of it, the second load can easily be hauled by a pick up truck or at most a box truck. Why hire a huge double semi to do that? Is it profitable? I'm neither a trucker or a Canadian, just curious.
Wow! I saw a Mainfreight truck, in Canada! What! I didn't know Mainfreight operated in North America. I thought Mainfreight (founded in NZ in 1978) only operated here in NZ and in Aussie. I guess they've branched out.
I know you don't normally split the trains because of the time it takes but with so little on the back trailer this might have been a case where you could have moved the tracks to the front trailer and just taken the one trailer down to make the delivery? I'm not a trucker, just a thought. Keep the great videos coming!Did you forgot to ask them to come up with the pickup for the small stuff?

Have to bring a pedal bicycle to do the research. Lol
The insulation weighs next to nothing, so weight is not a concern. This time we loaded the back trailer first, then the front trailer after. I think there was something else that was supposed to go up there but it was taken off the load at the last minute, otherwise I would have taken some of the insulation from the back and put it up there
Hi again i also keep my eyes peeled gor ya lol love yr channel if you see a mistibishi mirage silver with black windows and a sticker on back with liberial logo says liers its me and i will hit my air horns. Yes my small car has truck horns. Air run lol live yr channel love the truck
In the late eighties I bought an almost new Land Rover 90”, County. It had driven less than ten thousand km from new. It had the injection nozzles changed. Less than 5,000 km later it was mad again, Back then they talked about diesel plague, so the whole fuel system had to be emptied and cleaned. It was done, but since every 5-10,000 Km the nozzles had to be changed. The coolant temperature sometimes got a little high, so the water pump was replaced. After some time, a noise came from the engine. 90” came to the same LR workshop and after they had looked at the engine, the conclusion was that the pulley on the crankshaft shaft had come loose and had destroyed the splines, so the crankshaft had to be welded up and the splines milled up, but the workshop thought that a new used crankshaft would be cheaper, DKK 8,000 including hourly wages. When disassembling the engine, it turned out that the cylinder head was cracked and that the bores were so worn due to the nozzles that new bushings and pistons were needed. The next thing was damaged radiators. The repair ran up to DKK 56,000. The 90" managed to drive 43,000 km before total engine main repair. 90” was sold.
Hey!! dont be sharing the thought through lane usage tips.... LOL honestly focusing on your lane betting keeps guys paying attention and would make them safer drivers.
I think I see a grey Splitter nob on that stick. Is that an 18 speed then? Your truck is identical to my Pete, except mine is a day cab, and I haul a tridem gravel end dump trailer. I was going to ask you. Do you shift that 18 speed in reverse? I do all the time. In the pit we have to back in soft gravel, so I start in low, and when rolling I shift the splitter to high, so I don't hold the loader up. Then when pulling away with close to a 48,000 KG load in that soft sand and gravel, I'll put that 18 speed to work. Often I do ten shifts in low range to get out of that stuff. Meanwhile the guys with 18 speed are bogging. I love 18 speeds! Is that your Moffet? I have never gotten to drive one of those little guys, although I've hauled them back in my Supper B flat deck days. They look like fun!
The 401 through Toronto has express and collector lanes, divided with a concrete median. Most drivers believe the fastest way through Toronto is through express because there are fewer interchanges, but there is usually much more traffic in express because of that mentality, which means collectors can be faster in spots
this is by far the best trucking channel on all of youtube
12:30 A flock of Moffetts ! You don't see that everyday.
Ain't nature wonderful !
Real good of you guys to finish unloading that other guy's truck for him
Welcome Back !!

Y’all should’ve raced your moffetts

A whole week. I hope I can keep up
I delivered a school portable to that school lol
Watching something fall off your forks is the most helpless you’ll ever feel, just kinda sit there and hope it stays in one piece
Oh no, the timeline has been disturbed. Something needs to be reversed! 😂
Love a new long video! ❤
I thought it was drywall and I said when it fell it was a mess hahaha and then you see that you can lift it very easily 😅

Another great video

Are you going to upgrade to Edison Motors power at the next engine rebuild?
Good job bro
Moffett meeting 😂
Are those blotches on the top of your engine hood peeling paint?
Yep it is due for paint sooner rather than later!
the last load was for a delivery van, not a bigass truck.
Hope to cross paths one day and meet ya
Whose navigation/GPS system do you use?
I have to ask why you load so much on the trailer and not even the load, or does the Moffat weigh more than i realise?

What fuel mileage do you get when loaded? Km/litre- mpg
Fully loaded 100% of the tank is rare, but I'm usually 45 to 52l/100km with varying amounts of empty mileage mixed in
@callthemall thanks for the reply. Do you prefer Cat or Cummins?

Mix of both

What the heck is "collecters" ? You mean the right lane, the slow moving lane ?
