Ethical/system hacking is a real job and this guy could definitely make a career for himself. Unfortunately most companies look at things, like what this guy is doing, as a crime once they are committed (which it essentially is to a certain degree) and consider him a criminal. This is because in ethical hacking, you’re supposed to report the vulnerability not abuse it. If anyone remembers the Half-Life 2 hacker that leaked the game, you’d know this type of story typically doesn’t end well or with a job opportunity.

I heard also that he's using remote code execution, meaning that Apex can allow someone to run arbitrary code on your computer, so arguably people SHOULD be made aware of this. Take this with a grain of salt, I don't have any confirmation of this, just something to consider in case it's true.

Cheating itself is illegal. By creating an account and playing the game you agree to terms and services. The TOS clearly state that cheating is not allowed and if you DO cheat you give Respawn the right to take legal action against you.
If that guy whose team 40% replaced in ALGS was banned because of cheating activities on his account, then anyone who accepted gifts from destroyer2009 and used those gifts should be banned as well. This is very bad for Apex. Next thing you know is that bunch of people will try to imitate destroyer2009 and start terrorizing pred lobbies and trolling famous streamers. These streamers are making a mistake by making it seems like they are enjoying these acts.
The zombies can be explained by using a bot net with basic scripts. The apex packs are another issue. One possibility is he used the bot net to connect free packs.
