Mountain Dog (John Meadows) 6-way shoulder laterals - adding a few sets of these with 10 pounds in each hand for 10-15 reps has increased my shoulder size and density. And this is coming from a lifter who has been hitting the iron for 35 years and tried olympic lifting, bodybuilding splits, cross training, and pretty much everything from the 80s to today.
Anterior delts do not need extra work like side delts do. Anterior delts are well worked during various chest exercises, posterior delts are well worked with various back exercises. Side delts give the cap.
Massive shoulders (those Hollywood stars mentioned) come from .... steroids! And maybe HGH plus some Test. if you are older! Yeah - giant capped delts - you need the needle. For all the rest of us who just want to be fit and healthy - go easy on those shoulder joints - they are extremely mobile and prone to injury.
Good content. Personally I would rather cycle through the 3 exercises resting about 45 seconds between sets. With the variation you won't need quite as long a rest period. Plus you'll cut the workout time by an about 1/3 and then you can get on with your life.
I wouldn't say these are enough as it lack rear delts and for me not enough mid delts. Front delts - a lot. All of the three mainly targets the front delts even though the mid delts also get some.
I wish gymfluencers stopped promoting overhead press when a significant amount of people struggle with forward shoulder rotation, making the press impossible. Or at least give an alternative.

They are excellent. We all miss John 😢

And stay away from the behind the neck military press. That exercise will screw up the rotator cuffs.
I thought overhead lifts are. Risky for shoulders especially if you already have shoulder problems or damage?
Hi Sir, I’ve already subscribed to your channel. Could you please make a video focusing on forearm exercises? Thank you very much.
Are dumbbell flys a good exercise and if so is that shoulder days or chest days
HI! From Argentina! Can you tell us about all that equipment you have in that place?
How many times per week
Why would you wanna do this more than once a week? Train other muscles
Shoulders recover quick. I do at least 3x/week

Did you tear your right bicep ?
Hey Bobby how are you?

Nothing for rear muscles?! First two already train the front and the middle.

Tone of gym equipment as alternatives. Also is better to work flexibly also
