Works good for me , the ice tray can get dirty so make sure you clean it out with vinegar and water once a month to prevent mold , and only use filtered or purified water .
Brought one pulled drain and it broke into. Email company explaining my problem they sent an email asking for pictures of damage and sale receipt. I decided that my efforts would go to returning it to Amazon. The part was probably worth a dollar.

Does it keep the ice cold while not running?
No, BUT the ice will melt and drain back into the reservoir and keep remaking ice
Any idea what to do if it runs but doesn't make ice? We've tried running the self cleaner a couple times but that didn't do it. 🤔

Our unit started leaking after about a year. Was a gift, couldn't get receipt, so they wouldn't replace it.
Let it sit upright for 24 hours before use. It has freon in it. READ THE USER MANUAL

Had mine little over a month. Wont make ice and they won’t take a return. Most expensive ice I have ever had. Do not recommend this ice maker.
