JESUS CHANGED MY LIFE.

After a successful ministry for three years, Jesus was close to his date Crucifixion over 2,000 years ago today. Tomorrow is Good Friday, which ironically is good for us and gruesome for Jesus Christ as he was crucified, the worst and most brutal death for a capital offense.
He endured the mocking and rejection by his own people whom he came to save from spiritual separation. On top of a false unjust trial, Jesus endured nails driven into his wrists and feet, extreme blood loss, 40-lashes of ab led-tipped whip, and ultimately separation from God for three days we he bore our punishment of our sins. Jesus dealt with the most painful mental pain and physical pain one could suffer FOR YOU.
Hebrews‬ ‭12‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭says, “Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne. Think of all the hostility he endured from sinful people; then you won’t become weary and give up.“
Maybe you need to hear it again, CHRST DID IT FOR YOU. You were the joy set before him! He endured the shame of the cross and brutality of the crucifixion because YOU were on HIS mind on Good Friday 2,000 years ago. Christ came as an incarnation of God in human form to bear the punishment of our sins and the future generations, he died for you.
How do you revive this gift? Romans 10:9-10 says, ”If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.“
Biblical salvation is clear that we are saved by declaring your faith in Jesus as lord and openly declaring that God has raised him from the dead. We are made right with God through belief in his son and the fruit of our faith is obedience. The fruit of a walk with God is being molded more and more into his likeness, walking as Jesus did (John 14:15, Mathew 10:37).
If you want a life secured by Christ and eternal life with God, believe and declare. Because heaven and hell are very real places, but JESUS DEID FOR YOU.
