Hi ! I am planning to select this Havells Toastino 4 Slice Sandwich Maker BBQ Grill mainly because it is very rare to find such a product with both the Timer & Temperature Control features. I am so surprised that this reviewer failed to mention & highlight both these vital aspects, completely. A glaring omission, in my view.

Havells service is poorest in Mumbai. Their technicians do not know how to repair let alone repair. My toaster temperature control knob stopped operating. Technicians neither have spare parts, not know how to operate and repair after even after 2 weeks at their workshop.
