Sir I think hard work and smart work is directly proportional to each other. Because for smart work you should be a hard worker person. Only a hard worker person can do smart work. Relating to this from study _A student reads all the book for getting good marks in the exam. We will say this a hard work. But on other hand a student takes a question bank and looks the pattern of exam. And then he covers only that topic which is coming in exam regularly. Then we will see it a SMART WORK.

Difference between hard work and smart work is actually the time we are spending to complete the tasks. Hard work is known to all and many people do it. That is they take much time to complete so many tasks. But smart work is just the opposite of that. It means completing the most important things in less time

Sir I am learning in 10th class. You asked that which one is better Hard work or smart work, in my opinion smartly hardwork is always better because we can't go only with smart work or hardwork; they both interdependence to others ✨

in the case for hard work and smart work... i would explain like this..... in a case where my exams are come and i have got plenty of time then ill do hard work and doesn't get distracted by social media.. on the other hand if my exams are in a short time then i'vd try doing smart work and started making short notes and mind map...

When we are not a maths students . Wt if we calculate the tough numbers I thought don't go with our raw thinking, just go with the calculater 😆
we can take of example to show smartwork is better than hardwork like a child studying whole textbook and byhearting everything and next day he will be not able to recover alot so its way waste hardwork and if that child while reading note down important points which he come across and make short notes he will be able recollect it and its a smartwork.

According to me, I do not support both hardwork and smartwork.
One needs to understand the situation. To be honest, we never think about hardwork or smartwork during a task and we just find a way to work-around an issue and I think that is the way to do it. For example... During an water pipe breaking, you never think "Should i do hardwork or smartwork" and we just find a way to work around it like calling the appropriate authorities and try to handle the issue until they arrive.

Let's say there is a task. A hard working person would complete the task in 30 days. A smart working person can also complete the task in 30 days but with less effort. A person with both smart and hard working skills will complete the task in less amount of days.
Lets say your the head of a company. Will you take a worker who completes the task way before the due date or on the due date?
You'll definitely chose the one who completes the task before the due date.
So as I see it, you should have both Hard Working and Smart Working Skills. 😊

Sir, If company has sponsored us For GME course then after joining their company we will get same salary as other cadet get ? Or they will given little less salary as they have sponsored us.
Jenish, cadets don't get salary, they get stripend.. though the stripend remains same allover but in some cases it can varies depending on the type of ship you are sailing on, in your cadetship.

No, you have to score more than 60% on PCM in order to get placed in a good shipping Company.
