as annoying as it sounds, that’s incredibly unhealthy. the most unhealthy part of instant noodles is the broth, if you’re that hungry you might as well just put some rice in or open another one and just eat the noodles
@@monkyman_ ay I balance it out, who says I'm not adding in tons of veggies and other protein packed toppings too. This hack is just taking in the broth with egg as well, I just choose to drink mine with veg, meat and noods too :)

Wrong just get nissan noodle cup but in reality your not supposed to microwave the instant noodle cup but instead pour hot steamy water and just cover it and let it sit for 3 minute and it'll poof up leaving you more satisfying.

I mix some flavored tuna in. It’s a good source of protein and mixes with the other toppings well.
crack the egg on top of the noodles and microwave for like 30 seconds, the broth under the noodles steams the egg like this and you can mix it into the rest of the cup
tried that- the steamed egg texture didn't really go with the noodles imo. much better to enjoy the steamed egg on its own, it's very delicate and super soft

egg pudding. ive been doing this for awhile with instant noodles. if its a while bowl of soup leftover like if its from a package, then put 2-3 eggs in depending how soft or firm u like the pudding. since its so much u need to push the cooked egg into the center (or where ever as long as the cooked egg gets moved goes to the raw) with a spoon every so often or else some of the egg will get spongey and liquid will leak out.

Go to the Asian food section in the store. They have them there. Or you can go to an Asian grocery store. We have several here where I live so I’m sure they have them near you.

It's not always a good idea to slurp the entire broth especially when you're eating ramen (whether cup or from a restaurant) more than 3 times a week.
The broth is where most of the sodium and fat is. You're literally gulping down bowls of salt and fat every time you eat ramen.
Once every week is fine, but don't make it a habit to finish the broth everytime. Even native local Japanese people leave the broth after finishing the noodles and toppings.
I was thinking the same thing! I never finish the broth because of all the sodium even though I know it would taste delicious 😂
The noodles absorb all that too so there is not much of a difference since cup noodles aren't healthy anyways. It's like if you ate sweet pancakes everyday, but didn't eat it with condiments cause you are on a diet.
@@JehRoniMo11There’s more MSG then sodium in instant noodles it’s just listed as sodium because mono-sodium glutamate scares people because of that one asshole American scientist that wanted to win a bet, They tend to use fine salt with msg which gives you that hefty salt punch and because the noodles absorb the water but not much of the salt it concentrates all that salt from 500ml ish into 120ml or so it’s more an illusion with the instant and where ramen shops are concerned it’s more the umami of everything mixed and natural msg that is carrying that heavy flavour more then straight sodium and most of the toppings are to blame for that they’re specifically umami and msg heavy and msg supercharges umami so you’ve got an overly salty tasting broth that actually has a lot less salt then you think.
Most cup noodles are microwave safe, so what I did when I had just moved apartments and nothing but a microwave and tap was I ate noodles, then did this vids recipe, then washed a cup & proceeded to use it for making tea ‘cause no kitchen boxed showed up yet.
I made sure to change those cups after like 3-4 uses fearing I’d poison myself reusing this plastic cup too much. Lived like this for a little bit longer than a week, have no regrets faced no consequences 😅
