First of all, Eid Mubarak to everyone. Now that I'm done with this run, I'll share some thoughts (if anyone cares). I've really taken a liking to Purple Arma. he's a 3500 beatstick that can be summoned semi-easily, and I don't need to talk about Bright Arma because I already have a good opinion of him from past and current play in TCG. Both bright and purple arma's performed well for me. I really wished that Kali and Caesar Ragnarok would have worked well for me, but Kali just never came up, and Caesar Ragnarok requires two monsters on the opponent's field to make use of it, so it felt awkward. If the season was a little bit more chill and less revolved around handtraps, I would have liked to test Big Alexander. Both standard and 100% pure D/D/D are a challenge to climb with, but I would recommend sticking with the standard version because it has the advantages of Zeus and Baronne (focus more on Zeus because it's a strong going second play). Playing without Baronne is no issue. Video is long because I had a lot of replays and I still have a lot I need to post so I'll try to release another video before stage 2 of DC cup.
I do find that playing kali yuga is kinda situational. For example when facing mikanko, being untargetable and indestructible, or scareclaw link 3, forcing our monster to defense position and immune to def mons's eff.
I don’t think I’d ever understand this deck as much as I do if you didn’t upload. This is the one deck that feels like rocket science to pull off but man do you make it look doable
Purists in shambles when Taro proves that his D/D/D dominance still translates with no Zeus or Baronne. Dark World duel is one of the best duels I've seen in a while! Congrats on finishing the run.
All those card draws from Maxx C and the opponents realize that they can't activate any card effects in the hand or grave do to Divine Zero King Rage's effect 😆

when you do the kepler one card combo (usually scale cerberus and zero king) when you do copernicus & gryphon (ragnarok and orthros always) when you only have gate you search copernicus send lamia then go Gilgamesh and scale thomas and gryphon. (thomas and gryphon is usually there when you have only 1 level 4 and need another) some other times you might have to improvise scales when you're dealing with awkward hands

Hopefully more support comes in, since Konami has been making support for arc v decks. Could come up, (and hopefully with Frightfurs:)
deck isn't that different in tcg (only difference is baronne ban really) I might do some tcg replays with edopro and if I get the chance I'll try and get some irl tcg play.

I really don't like the fact that to go through the combos we usually need to summon Abyss King Gilgamesh more than once...It's a complete waste of resources once we've used his effect to bring two pendulum scales on the field and I think it is completely unfair with respect to many other archetypes. we don't have direct support or any news for it so far but we do have indirect support like nightmare throne and the fiendsmith engine coming although having to play multi gilgamesh's is still mandatory but the lines do improve when they'll introduce fiendsmith soon.

Quick question! What is your opinion on D/D/D Vice King Requiem? It's one of the cards I keep going back and forth on. It's rather easy to summon and grants a nice ability, but never really fits into the first turn combo lines.
i find it awkward in the deck so I don't play it (I only played it like two times before in tcg and it was fine) he's better in unchained IMO. also, congrats on getting max dlv!
@@OFFDavidSpring try and trick your opponent by baiting them with effects you don't need to go through like if you open kepler and gate, you can normal kepler and they might ash that to stop you from getting to gate.
10:51 i'm mathmech main and i'm surprised for the knowledge you have when playing against other decks. Searching ash was a great play since half of mathmech deck is pure handtraps and it's a good posibility for them to have cmaxx

yeah dark world takes too long (it's pretty much solitaire) duel was like 5 turns but it just took too long

yes. veiler is also a nice crossout target but I would advise trying to fit at least 1 imperm as a crossout target.

alot of my deck knowledge comes from my time in tcg. (my locals has every rogue deck you can think of and meta decks too)
