I LOVED what he said about plateaus! I am currently experiencing that on my TH-cam channel and it can be very discouraging because I have been posting every week for over 2 years! I was growing really well for awhile but lately the growth has slowed a little. Like maybe my videos aren't good enough, maybe the channel isn't good enough. But the videos are getting better, the builds are getting better everything is improving I just have to keep at it, keep improving and keep posting!
