I put a new board in and it was reading (digital) 100 degrees less than the manual thermometer so I changed the censor and still having the same problem do you have any ideas

I haven’t had this issue, but the temperature readout can vary significantly with manual thermometers vs the digital readout.
@@OkieSmokin it didn't by this much till I changed the board of course it was an Amazon board so idk so if I crank it to 500 it'll get to 650 lol
