For those who don’t understand why they are laughing so hysterically, they are laughing at the chinese (mandarin) accent from the Cantonese speakers since Xiaojun, Lucas and Hendery all speak cantonese. Lucas has a heavy accent so they are mimicking him (in a friendly way of course)
I speak both languages. They are not mutually intelligible. If you are a speaker of one and have zero knowledge of the other, you will have difficulty speaking to each other. Mandarin and Cantonese sounds very different and Mandarin has 4 tones and Cantonese has 6 (sometimes 9 tones). They do share the same characters, so think of Chinese as a group of languages saying each character In a different way. So anyway, those three boys speak Cantonese and Lucas was saying "master" in Cantonese, 师父，but it is xi1 fu2 in Cantonese, shi1 fu4 in Mandarin. He kinda got it mixed up so they were picking on him for it in Mandarin since it sounds like 西父 xi1 fu4 and that doesn't mean anything to my understanding.

Cantonese is spoken widely as the second most spoken language in China. In Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macao. Every provinces in China has their own language and therefore there will be accents when Chinese people try to speak standard mandarin
