Tutorial (this patch requires you to already have cckiller latest ver):
Go into region in your control panel and on the administrative tab, change lanuage for unicode programm to "Chinese, Simplified" (you can change it back later if you want)
your mugen.exe must be named "mugen.exe" for this to work.
open mugen.exe and hover your select to cckiller (don't select him yet), run the cnao.bat (located in the chinese folder, don't put in the mugen directory because i used a shortcut in the video), after that select him and his opponent normally.
press esc if the window won't close
