Two of my favourite songs. What a dramatic performance of Musica è - the song obviously means a lot to him, he was completely lost in it! I saw him in Seville in September. He's a great performer, he gives 100% of himself. And he's a genuinely humble guy too. Hope to see him again sometime
I've just watched this video again, and it might just be me, but he doesn't look well - just something about the expression on his face and his body language. His voice did go a little bit at the beginning of Favola as well. It was a great performance, he's a professional and always gives 100%, but he just seemed to be struggling a bit. That's not a criticism, all performers must have off days, and all credit to him for carrying on if he wasn't feeling well. Did anybody else get that?
He is maybe just tired, or Jet Legged. Also don't forget, he has been releasing albums and touring, consistently, since the mid 80's. That starts taking a tool after almost 40 years

@@senoritasteffy4324 I hope to see him in February in my country, hopefully... 🙂 My all time favorite tours are the 2004 and the 2010, absolutely fire. My first was the one from the Eros Live album in 98, still have the CD. Also became a fan of Luca Scarpa playing, his piano/keyboard player and musical director since then, and a big influence on my keyboard playing, and a great musician.

I sometimes wonder if I'm his only English fan - I first heard him on the radio when I lived in Spain. But none of my English friends have heard of him!Of the concerts I've seen on TH-cam, my favourites are 2004 in Rome and 1989 in Munich.

The 2004 concert in Rome is surreal, especially Favola, when the entire stadium sings that whole part in unison, and the chorus in L'Aurora, and the piano transition Luca does from the end of that to Musica É....it's amazing. The Munich one, don't you mean the 98 one? The one with Joe Cocker and Tina Turner in it...?
