I have made these peanut butter cookies a few times now and I like them. I’ve also tried a couple other recipes by Joe and unlike other keto recipes I’ve tried they always turn out like they’re supposed to. Love your recipes Joe.

Omg these cookies melt in your mouth! Even my picky husband and kids (6 and 2) loved them! The hardest thing about this recipe was mixing the PB! Quick, easy and tastes amazing! 💖💖💖

    Who's making these?!?!
    A COUPLE OF NOTES:
USE 1/4 CUP (28g) ALMOND FLOUR ... I forgot to mark this adjustment when I was developing the recipe and made the mistake of saying the wrong amount in the video.
The recipe makes 14 tablespoon sized cookies, not 11!

Hi. Do you follow Dr. Berg? Just curious.
I found you, when I started looking for KETO recipes. You got my attention, & I enjoy learning from you. I'm a 60 year old female, who started KETO about 3 weeks ago. Type 2 diabetic, with 2 more autoimmune diseases. Lupus, & sjogrens. Been very overweight my entire life. I am making a change. A great change. The horrible inflammation from my diseases is reduced by about 75% now. Seriously. That's an awesome thing, & means less pain. I realize you don't have time for all my chatter, BUT, I just wanted to say, "Hello, & thank you!" Have a great day!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Joe Duff - The Diet Chef I used a 1/2 cup cane out crumbly no wonder. To bad you had the wrong measurement on the almond flour.

I just found your channel through a "suggestion" from TH-cam. Thank you so much for these recipes !! I was found to have hyperglycemia(sort of by accident) last month. I can't get into see an endocrinologist until next month, so in the mean time I'm trying to severely restrict my carb intake. I've been craving desserts.. cookies.. cake.. etc. Your cookies, no banana banana bread, cheese cake all sound and look so yum ! I'm going shopping tomorrow for Swerve, the peanut butter, coconut oil, almond flour and ingredients for a no-bake cheesecake.(I'll use the Swerve in place of the powdered sugar, and make an almond flour crust vs. graham crackers. Again, Thanks !!

For people who don't want to pay extortionate amounts for Swerve, just mix Stevia and Erythritol in this blend: 1 cup erythritol and half a teaspoon of powdered stevia. You can easily blend the granulated stuff until it's powdered. In Europe you'll save yourself more than 50%.

I have batch 2 in the oven right now and I used 2 eggs instead of 4 yolks and added psyllium husk because I only had a 1/4 cup of almond flour left. They were the same consistancy so we shall see but so far so good!
