Have you tired to dry your flowers and then press them into a book to keep?
After that if you want you can put them in a plastic bag or a sealed wooden case with a glass lid.
Also for fresh flowers I use bottled water instead of tap water.

try a British made super classic leather bag made by Mulberry. I suggest their original classic "Bayswater" model for you. (not the newer model which is not so nice in my humble opinion) Its just up your street and your style. Have I missed it but being from Phillipines I wonder what specific work you do in Japan and how long you intend yo stay ? Just being curious and still enjoying following your dayly life there. I visited twice in 2019 for 2 months. Osaka & Tokyo. Luved it and want to return, but since covid airline prices have doubled ! I find hotels there still good value.
I remember each hotel I stated him had the same potato salad for breakfast. Nice but monotonous.
