I make sure that we spend time together in creative and fun ways, eat dinner together everyday & that we eat all meals together at weekend. It’s a no-gadget sunday. We share stories, experiences and laughter over meals. We go to church & mall together. Watch tv after dinner. We travel together every once in while. Moments like these.. always treasured.

I grew up from a family where saying “I love you” is not a thing.
Though I wrote it down when I give cards to my mom on her birthday or say it reluctantly on occasions 😅. Anyway, when my father passed away, I took charge in the house. when the sink is clogged, bulbs run out, fan is broken, bills are unpaid and so on..I become the errand or “go to” person. My mom had previous accidents, I feed her, bathe and change her clothes..Im the youngest and I only have my older brother. I honestly rant over these things because I feel like im always responsible in everything. But don’t get me wrong, I love my mom. It’s just that sometimes I have my mood swings or im burnt out. Anyway, I guess I get used to saying those words when my brother had his kids (fyi, im 35 and still single). I adore my niece and my nephews so much. I buy them clothes, bring them in the park, go watch movies on christmas or vacation, play or bond with them and treat them as my own (they live in pampanga so I rarely see them, only on occasions). They used to call me “mama” when they are still tiny and It was music to my ears 😍. I love being their aunt and im a certified “titas of manila”. Lol! I still hang out, my friends still asked me on trips (a free travel 😃). I love the company of old friends and likewise..I can say that Im also A certifide ninang ng bayan” (50+ Godchildren 🙄🤪)I am a Godmother to a lot of my friends kids. And Im worried if the time comes I become a mom and I don’t have anyone to be the Godmother of my child because of that. 😅😂🤣 Im not bragging but I am loved by many...I guess I can say that I share my love to my family and friends just by being myself to them. And I love them with all my heart. ☺️

I share my to my family specially with my special child cj. My eldest son has gone through so much in terms of surgery after surgery. In and out of the hospital. He has a rare disorder called prune belly. 6 years old with 36 surgeries and maybe more than 40 e.r visits. Yesterday we celebrated by middle childs 5th birthday. I also shared my love to all the kids who are suffering with the same disorder who are in the hospital right now.
To be honest, i havent bought anything nice for myself for the last 7years. I buy my clothes from salvation army, sold pretty much everything and engagement just to survive and to pay for hospital,medicines and medical supplies which i dont regret.
You have such a wonderful heart ms.mariel. if i feel lonely or sad,all i have to do is watch your vlog. You have such a wonderful heart,you and your family.
I havent really seen my family for the past 14 years. Its been awhile since ive seen them. That's how long ive been staying here in the USA. Praying to atleast visit the Philippines again.

I share my love to my family by sending them almost all of my salary since I cannot be with them personally coz I am working overseas but ofcourse I always contact them everyday thru video calls to convey my love & that I missed them so much. My sacrifices here is all for them and I wouldn't mind if I have nothing left for me for as long as I am able to give whatever they wanted. some may think that when you live abroad, life is easy, but that's not always the case.. especially when you're starting a family, raising a kid, with no househelp, not to mention the language barrier kasi we're based in japan.. i share my love with my family and friends by juggling time being a part time worker to help my husband make both ends meet while being a fulltime homemaker.. 10-min quiet time in the bathroom, kalikot sa phone is like a vacation for me.. sharing photos of my daughter on social media para naman makita din nila sa pinas, good vibes din.. you've been an inspiration Ms. Ma, i admire your dedication to your husband and children, walang keme hehe.. family always comes first.. i don't mind not having anything for myself as long as my family is well taken care of, ramdam nila pagmamahal ko, sila muna bago ako, is more than enough for me.. i hope you get to read this.. i'm turning 35 on feb 23 :)
