One of the hardest and extremely underrated motorcycle disciplines.

As a 40 years Trial practitioner with no race on my life, but always training for much technique, I think is scandalous that women's zones are so easy... nearly something I could do without any race experience.
There is a multimensional gap with men zones... I can't understand...
Trial is not powerlifting... where big body is relevant, is much a matter of technique...

Force is really important for profesionals, their technique has nothing to do with that of amateurs, they pull hard on the bike, drive a lot on a single wheel and pull the bike to jump. Profesional motorbike trials reminds me a lot of bike trials, but instead of lifting a bike that weights a few Kg, they lift bikes that weight about 60kg. The only female rider that has been able to lift womens trials level has been Laia Sanz, and if you observe how muscular she is you would realize how important that is for profesional motorbike riding

@@ALIENdrifter66 I don't mind the girls have to do "the same" obstacles of men, but I remember Luca Petrella at 10 years old (!), doing obstacles I still can't do, as I knew him the first time.

      wow, mate you are funny:
      1) "40 years but no competition"but you criticise people who compete all their life from your sofa?
      2) calling it "scandalous"? What do you suggest? Making the sections so hard the women crash all the time? Whats the use? I think Jordy Pascuet and Iris Oelschlegel are constantly raising the level in a responsible way.
      3) If you "could" compete, why dont you compete? At least in regional trials? Maybe you would have some enlightments about the difference between "could" and "can". Too scared? Prefer to stay on your safe couch? But to not compete and mock the women - wow - thats shamefull.
      4) You cant understand the gap between men and women? Men have 5 generations of experience and much more competitors and of course a physical advantage, not just the muscles, also in pain acceptence and braveness. Women have 1 generation of experience. And their difficulty level increases faster and faster.
      5) no, its not powerlifting, but you have to learn it step by step like powerlifting.
      6) I would love to see you try the GP women sections and then cry when you notice the sections in reality are much steeper and more difficult than they look in the videos.
Hopefully I answered a few of your questions and you increase your level of respect for the women. The top 10 at least would for sure kick your ass. Watch the Scotish Six Days. Emma for example is always in the top 50 of the SSDT against 250 men in the same sections.
PS. I have 50 years of experience with a haitus gap of 27 years in between. If you wanna go training, give me a sign. Peace!

@TRIALandMUSIC If you have take time to see my channel, you could see I really don't talk by my sofa, but being working in the field, despite of I'm almost 60 years old!
I can't participate to races because I work on nights and have time for practicing from afternoon, as races have gone... work come first in the life !
I have been a Karate Champion in Italy and a CONI Karate Master and in that sport, even 40 years ago, women have totally the same abilities than men... categories where separated, but abilities where the same !
And is a combat sport !
Historical years of men doesn't matter, because as the techniques are spread, everyone can learn in the same manner.
I personally know Luca Petrella and when he was 10 years old he was able to do obstacles much more complex than women champions today...
      Best regards

As you can see from last world sessions, women's obstacles has become more higer and difficult... maybe I was not so mistaking...
In one consideration, you are for sure mistaking: all my criticism born from my high women's respect: I'm sure women could do much more than in this video !!
      Best regards.
