So much information that really opens your mind, and these tips translate to any and all services. I’m a door installer in about 22 different cities for a big box retailer, I’ve been here 8 years, I’m 28 with a wife and 1 year old son. I’m getting closer and closer to jumping, my main issues are not being informed on suppliers. The way it is right now, I’d still have to go out and give my estimates and measurements then order products with the same big box retailer. I need to find a way to get doors/millwork myself and storefronts. I love the progress, been watching you on and off for years and you really get my mind working. Especially lately, I learn more and more from you and you open my eyes more and more the older I get. Being 28 I think I’m pretty much there, also more customers than not tell me I need to do my own thing and give me great feedback, they dislike the store though. I gotta do it.
Yes CRM is a good tool. Back in Engineering days, my BEST tool was evaluating previous jobs to prepare for better new jobs. Yes we call it, Things gone Right, things gone Wrong. Maybe review this theory on jobs.
EOS has helped me so much, my implementor has become a mentor. If you have a leadership team and your ready for it I think it’s a great tool to help scale. I know the first 90 minute session is free. They will explain the journey and if the time is right you can begin. If you FB me I can connect you with Andy my implementor, he can do virtual or he can find someone local to you.
ELIJAH!!! Love it!
