I've watched Franklin and Nix in person many times. He is pretty slim but still physical. Ide say he should put on some muscle. He gets stronger and he will be pretty dangerous in the league. That being said he can't lose speed. I'm ready to watch this team get leveled up in 2024-2025. Really need the TE to step the game up and get open and Nix can push their stats up
He loves to get involved as a blocker too which is nice!

If Forsyth gets the center job, Nix will have his starting receiver AND center. I can't think of a smoother transition to NFL. I wonder if Payton was already planning to draft Nix a year ago that's why he signed Forsyth?
It's going to be exciting to see how many different combinations we come up with this season. i like how Cody say's get Frankling involved early. Build some confidence. Keep guy's fresh. If Franklin can impact early on that free's up Mimms to have a stellar Sophomore season. Great show!

Troy Franklin was considered a first and second round pick. Also the morning of the day we drafted him Sean Payton that same morning. First thing he did was to text George. Let’s make this draft selection happen with him and they did because they knew damn well they were not going to pass up on him with adding nix to the mix. it is 100% a great move and a steel. I just hope it all falls into place. It’s going to be a great season with the ride receiver. I do believe get traded. I hope not so we could have a phenomenal ride receiver room.

I don't care what his role is. Home town product--- ( in my Davante voice) EAST PALO ALTO! in da facility. It's always good to see someone from the TURF make it.
You guys have been so excited since the draft. Especially about getting Bo Nix. I guess I've been around too long because I used to get excited about every potential player. Even last year I was really excited about some of the picks. I just don't see anything different from guys we already have. Like another running back that's not better than Javonte Williams. And we used Williams poorly. So I'll reserve my excitement a few years.
That’s fair! I always think it’s important to get excited every year because we never truly know what will come. Enjoying things in the moment and then reacting accordingly either good or bad!
@@LockedOnBroncos I do understand most people see it that way and I wish I could have access to things teams get like psychological profiles but I can only watch interviews and see how players act in the key moments. I was really excited about Montrell Washington but I guess he wasn't able to overcome something. I understand it's mostly mental and a lot of guys get intimidated when they see the talent. It just seems we got clones of people we already have and given my lack of confidence in Payton I don't have high hopes. He still seems stuck in the past and unable to own his faults.
I totally agree with you on Mimms, but I think that Wilson was unable to hit a receiver in stride, so there really wasn't any yards after the catch from any if our receivers.
Wilson was an absolute mess, putting a burner like Minm's out there would have been futile.
Plus, Mimms was exclusively used on special teams.
I'm hopeful the offense sees more of that especially with a QB who gets the ball out quick and can attack the middle of the field.
Crazy how it's just a draft pick video, but we're getting soooooooo much more!

I know Franklin is fast with 4.41
But mims ran a 4.38. I feel like a lot of people forgot how fast mins is

The Broncos will win the division this year with SP and Bo Nix. The haters are going to want to kick their own Ass after this year. Just like Jim Carrey did in the movie Liar Liar.

NFL WR’s also have to help block in the run game. The reason Franklin slid is he didn’t block at Oregon…
He wasn’t asked to a lot, but he certainly can block.

Wasn’t he sick for the combine or his pro day? I heard he underperformed on his 40, weight, and other things because he had the flu.
It's too early to worry about a connection between Nix and a receiver he already played with. The question is: Can Nix have an immediate impact on winning right away?? With all of the horrible decisions we have made so far, we would be lucky to win four games, IF THAT. Go Broncos, but things ain't looking good for us right now.
The broncos went 8-9 last year with a quarterback and head coach that wasn’t on the same page and without a good running game
