When you have the design and all set up, how do you make the button actually work/send the message? For example, how would you set it up so that when you click send, it sends the form to your email or something like that?

u can connect this form with ms-excel ... watch utube tutorial for that

You can use formspree, just login on that site and create a form. It'll give you the form link, copy that and paste it in the action attribute of your form tag in HTML file and then set the method as POST. You have to give a name to each input type for the form to work. After someone fills up the form and submits, you'll receive the info on your mail! With the free formspree account, around 50 submissions is possible, for more you've to buy an PRO or use some alternative email and create a free account again lol. Sorry for my bad english.
