Not for me cant even get to the reset the menu is gone only radio and cd player my usb still works for charging im gonna disconnect battery see if it fixes mine
If nothing you have found does help: Delete connection on your sync, and on Phone. Remove 32, 33 fuses, start engine, let it work for 30 seconds, turn off engine. Then replace the fuses and add your Phone again.

what does it mean if u r phone button doesn't work?!
