- Hello and hope you're well, in this video i show you how i blow out my hair using the tension method. i don't usually blow out my hair before i trim however because the postpartum shedding i experienced, i needed to really get in there to get rid of the thinned hairs

Funny, I recently bought a cheap brush dryer, now im concern.
Hmmm well you will never know till you try it lool. The thing is if your hair is healthy and strong you may be able to get away with it but if your hair is damaged and weak you’re just asking for trouble lol
Also do you blow dry on dry hair? Minus the moisturizer
No that’s a recipe for breakage. Moisturising your hair helps to make your hair more pliable without breaking
Do you get heat damage? Sorry I had to ask since a lot of naturals say heat destroys their hair texture.
No I don’t as I rarely use heat and when I do I make sure to use a good heat protectant. You should only use heat if you’re confident your hair is in good health or condition and can handle it 😊
