How many hours are on it. My L2850 had 3200 hours and a lot of loader work back and forth. I think that's why the pedal cracked and broke. Yours could be the same.
Never fun having to split a tractor but will make for good videos haha. Can’t wait for some snow supposedly getting some day after tomorrow we’ll see. While your in there may as well replace everything you can Kubota a are great machines she’ll give you many more years of loyal service I’m sure once she’s back together
I've seen occasions where the release bearing just fell of the fork, but that's most probably wishful thinking after 20 years of service, so you might need to invest in some spare parts. By the way, that alternator does not look special, wonder why it's so expensive.
I forgot to say that it's rebuilt so cost was $400.00. The price of a new one dropped for some reason to $700.00. I think they see you coming first time then when you shop around they get nervous and don't want to loose a sale.
Thanks James. I always thought it was helpful when you need a little inside info. I can't always afford to buy the shop manuals. Even the manuals lack information.
Hello. So I have a L345 clutch is not engaging , I'm afraid I'll have to split this one I have no idea how to do it I'm wondering if its worth fixing.
It could have a bit of rust stopping it from moving freely. It's not such a big job to split. I would do it. Did it sit for a while?
Yes it did set for about a year or so but it was running good for about 2 months and then one after a week of not been started it wont move anymore?.
I tried to move it the other day but feels like there's no resistance its kind of soft back and forth.
