I feel like "Elder and newborn" could be a new challenge, where you have to keep a child's grandparent alive until they grow up because it's their only remaining relative who adopted them.

This is actually one of the best tiny homes I’ve seen! It feels realistic, cozy, and cute! 🥰 Most people focus too much on jamming in skill building items for practical game play but I much prefer the storyline with this build❤
Fun fact: I live in Los Angeles and your build is giving LA vibes. Esp the pink tile in bathroom! Love it!

I thought maybe if the grandparent a coffee pot but I forget how much the cheapest one costs. That’s all I could think of for the kitchen area. Don’t forget I think if they don’t have an outside trash can they can’t throw away the stuff from inside. I could be wrong

i think when it said room for elder & newborn it meant in addition to the main sim or sims, they also had a newborn and one of their parents also lived with them.

Plastic chairs are confortable 😅 idk why but a plastic chair its better than a wooden one or the metal one.
I always play on normal lifespan and so the newborn would grow to be an infant the next day and so I see newborn and prepare for infant as well.
Edit: not full on infant just the no milestone stage. So a crib changing table and maybe a play mat.
