Hey Ryan, I tried your suggestion with a locksmith friend who was running LSA and getting a bunch of spam calls. I called LSA support and they helped me change the tracking number and Voila, the number of spam calls was reduced drastically.
No, you don't need to call Google to change your call tracking number. Just log in to your Google Business account, go to the Info tab, click the pencil icon next to your phone number, enter your tracking number in the Primary Phone field, and enter your local phone number in the Additional Phone field! Then click apply and it should be set!
