Are you glad you went with the 125cm? I'm also in Florida, and I'm trying to decide between the 115 and 125 for a general purpose gun. Mostly chasing red Snapper, Amberjack, Cobia, Wahoo, and grouper. Do you find the 125 is hard to maneuver chasing faster fish like snapper?

How would you compare it to a conventional speargun? I like the line of sight you get since the bands are on the bottom

The Balance is the same!! You just get more power with an incredible smooth shot and I noticed the shafts travel way way faster. In those super long shots, the fish doesn't have any changes to react. This gun gives you everything in one gun, more power that you ever need, and if you don't need it, you just load less bands.

I have an Abellan Denton 120. The latest teak version.
Would you be able to weigh the gun with and without the shaft? I’d like to know if I would be able to swing it better. The specs seem to be very close to the Denton 120

Deepest spots 75ft to the sand. The Reef from 20ft to 35ft.

No!!! I'm holding my breath all the time that I under water. I'm Freediving all the time, it is magical when you have the proper training.
