Chick on the first time he played with Miles

In this clip, Chick answers the following question from one of the Chick Corea Academy students: "What is your recommendation for situations where you need to accompany a singer or a song that you don't know anything about?"
As part of his answer, Chick tells the story of receiving a phone call to play with Miles Davis' quintet for the first time (with Tony Williams, Dave Holland and Wayne Shorter). Miles' only advice to Chick, who was coming in without having rehearsed with the band? "Just play what you hear."
