Chilli Paneer Recipe : It is a popular Indo-Chinese starter dish. This recipe is my all time favorite. In this video, I have shown you the restaurant style chili paneer dry recipe . It is a simple recipe made from paneer , bell peppers , onions and other spices . This delicious dry recipe goes well as a starter . If you want this to make gravy then serve it with any Chinese meals such as veg fried rice or non-veg fried rice or noodles.
Ingredients:
1. Paneer cubes - 200 gm
2. Bell pepper (cut it into triangle shape like I have shown) - 1
3. Chopped spring onion - 2 tbsp
4. Chopped garlic - (6-7) cloves
5. Chopped ginger - 1 inch
6. Chopped green chili - 1
7. Onion - 1 medium ( cut like I have shown for better look)
8. All purpose flour - 2 tsp
9. Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
10. Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
11. Chili sauce - 1 tsp or add as required
12. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp or add as required
13. Oil
14. White sesame seeds - 1/3 tsp (for garnishing)
15. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp or add as required
16. Salt as per taste
17. Water
