Love the oiling the scalp step at the beginning. This likely needed a long processing time so the oil is such a good idea for client comfort. This color came out so gorgeous.

White hair on dark skin has always looked beautiful to me. The way dark hair looks beautiful on light skin. It’s the contrast. Striking. That said, this man is an artist. Just amazing.
Oiled hair to not fry it. 30 or 40 volume bleach processing for a while (again, because he protected the scalp). Choosing the right toner for the yellow that's left. Most people choose the "popular" option like Wella T18 instead of the actual proper toner to negate the amount of yellow they have. The final airbrushing helps brighten up the overall appearance as your eyes are drawn to crisp white edges. (And who knows if it was truly just one. This is an edited down video after all.)
@@DJKuroh i use the exact process you described all the time. I use the lightning blue brand bleach with 40v mixer, then finish with the wella.... i also use manic panic toner (virgin snow) every 2-3 days after as a conditioner when washing to keep the hair snow white.
When I was a kid I wanted something like this, my mother sat me down and had one of the most valuable talks I've ever had. Some years later I saw the retired Sammie Sossa....and well... Long story short be satisfied with YOU!✊🏾❤️

Love the study in contrasts; this guy truly is an artist. And the gentleman with the newly white hair reminds of when Terence Trent D'arby bleached his hair white back in the 90s. Both men have the looks to pull it off effectively...
It must just depend on the person. With a mini fro two 30 volume bleaches (one each day) got me to very pale yellow plus a toner (the purple pass) got me to white. In all my bleachings and dyes I only damaged my hair once. On hair that short one 30 or 40 vol bleach was more than enough. That airbrushing also gives the illusion that it's blindingly white.
