Stan and Steve should have used the idea for this issue to make a new villain instead of Mysterio returning. They could have made a villain without powers but is dangerous because he can manipulate and make people do what he wants and make them think it’s right using charm, and his therapist skills. What can be more evil then turning good and noble people evil? I would have given the villain to Daredevil

Interestingly (and sort of ironically) that deception sounds a lot like the Purple Man (a villain Stan Lee created for Daredevil but would eventually become Jessica Jones's arch nemesis) who you should be familiar with if you watched the Jessica Jones Netflix series. It could also sound like Mr. Negative probably Spider-Man's best modern villain (as in a villain that was created anywhere from the late 2000s to today) who you should be familiar with if you've played the PS4 game.
