Hai Chitra, exactly the same what u said for Dwadesi thaligai, but no payasam. Aacharathukku, Semia is not accepted, b.coz the Company man uses his water & make Semia. Then Nellikkai pachadi preparation : For 2 people. Oru Periya Nellikkai kotai yeduppa vittu Kal tumbler jalamvittu Wagevaikkanum,then Vanaliyil 1tspn oil vittu Urdhal 2 tbspn, 1 Kaidhamilagai, 2 pachamilakai potu vadakki, mixyil kalmoodi Thengai Athudan varutha samangal & Vagavaitha Nellikkai serthu Araithu Thairil kalakkanm. For Sathumidhu, I mean Rasam preparation to powder 1 tbspn Thanai , 1tspn thuvaramparupu, 1tspn melagu, 1tspn Jeeragam, 2 milagaivatral ( increase the Qnty of melagu Jeeragam milagaivatral as per ur taste if reqd spicy ). No frying direct grinding in mixi, add to Paruppu Jalam add salt allow to boil add Perungayam. Then as u said cool the Sathumidhu then add lemon juice as per ur taste

Superb. I used to make for Dwadasi. But my mom used to tell, we should not cut the agathi keerai with knife. So I used to break only with my fingers. Not sure about the reason behind this.
