Can I polish
Polished concrete with a pad and a high speed buffer.
With out using those fancy tools
Like grinders etc

Can you do 2 coats of guard and burnish??
Would that increase the shine more???

I don’t recommend 2 coats of guard, yes if you really want to protect the floor from water or oil, it makes sense, but shine wise it’s not worth it
