You’re getting good at this Gary. 👍
Excellent video. I ordered the YSS shock and fork cartridge kit for my CRF300. Which I am fairly dissatisfied with.
I really wish I had gone with the rally raid kit. Plus with the YSS fork kit the tools needed for installation are not included and if you don’t have a YSS approved shop install the kit your warranty is void.
Wow, that's a shame. The Rally Raid comes with everything except the seal instation hammer, which I bought on Amazon
Finally got mine in 300L !!!
Congratulations, you're going to like that bike. Depending what you plan on doing with it, I'd upgrade the suspension if you plan a lot of trail riding. Otherwise for the road use its pretty good
Can you do an update and how does this compare to the K-Tech front suspension kit and is it not possible to fill the fork from the fork cap? GREAT VIDEO!
Hi , thanks for watching and commenting. Unfortunately I do not know the difference for the K-Tech fork kit. It must be similar. On the Rally Raid one side is fill from the bottom (damper side) and the other from the top (rebound). I hope this helps
Is this the Kit that retains the Stock Seat height ?
Yes, their kit keeps the same seat height. They have level 2 which raises it.
Also order your spring for your weight, they have 3 spring sets
@@2wheelingman Thank you, do you got their rear shock to? Can you another review of how it compares to stock is it less jarring?
@@2wheelingman If you could do a video of before/after on the suspension would be great! Looking at the RallyRaid
Ah sorry, I installed without any video. There is a video on TH-cam on how it's done. Very easy, 2 bolts to remove
Gary, your front brake line should go on the inside of the fork leg. This will help protect it in the event of a crash and is the OEM routing. Cheers!
Yes , you are correct. I'll have to fix that on my neighbours bike before we start riding this season. Still buried in snow here in Montreal 😪
