It's not quite that simple though. It's common for people to disagree over what is dignified in terms of dress. You think a T-shirt would have sufficed. Someone else would think that a burka is necessary.

If she were in Tenerife walking round the beach or the towns or going for lunch, yeah sure! That would be absolutely fine however for the airplane, I think she should have covered up.
