At first I thought they were swimming in too much liquid but in the end they come out looking like fried chicken. They look delicious. And you pick the perfect spices to go on the chicken. That's what I used too. I do it the old fashioned way and a cast iron skillet over the stove. I can't even tell you how many clothes I've ruined because I have beautiful aprons hanging in the kitchen and I just forget to put them on. And I'm messy in the kitchen too. But oh I love me some fried chicken!
