High Current Booster - Amazing ZVS Circuit Project!

  • Hi friends in this video i will show you how to make a simple Zvs Driver circuit that can boost Current. this circuit is a famous Oscillator circuit named ZVS Driver . this circuit can easily handle high current from Low current input like 12v 10A input can give output 0.5V 50A that can melt metal. and its very Efficient Circuit.

      It was high frequency AC So I didn't measured the voltage, I think it's around 2V

      It is possible to modify this design so I can control the current output from 5 amps to 10 amps with a potentiometer and maintaining the same voltage as the input ( Usually 12 v). Thanks.

      Sorry it's not possible, because this is a Self oscillating converter,

    I wonder why at the beginning of the video the inductance is on yellow cores, and then on green ones?

      The green core produces so much voltage spike and is not good for this application. So different kinds of cores are recommended .... I found the problem after the video.

    What is the amperage of the 12volt battery you used to power the circuit ?

      12V 10Amps Power supply
      (Lab Power supply)

    as experimental Can you use a ZVS driver i mean a 1kw zvs driver from primary of transformer to Highcurrent secondary transformer ... as welding machine 😅

      But I don't have that much powerful ZVS driver we need at least 2KW Of Power and for a welding machine i would need a huge Farrarite core transformer which is super expensive , and also a 2KW powerSupply for powering that thing ,
      Your Idea is great but its very expensive for me 😅
