I've never seen this technique used before! I use a lot of napkins in my Bible journaling, and have been using gesso or a glue stick. I'm going to have to try it this way. Your results are impressive!

Yes, they are usually folded in four, just open it out and iron the crease and then add to the paper - it does not have to cover all around the napkin, you can just tape it on if the napkin is smaller
